Refund and Cancellation Policy

At NOAH DESIGNS customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Below are our guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.

– You can return most products purchased from NOAH DESIGNS within 7 days of receiving the item.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

– Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or a wrong item was sent.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

• Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
• Is different from what was ordered.

In case of a missing item, a proof in the form of a video while opening the box for the first time, is mandatory for filing missing product complaint. Share the video with your order ID at info@noahdesigns.in
